Wild Mint essential oil is the richest in menthol, but its properties are similar to those of Peppermint. It is primarily used as a calming and purifying agent.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT.
Recommended daily portion: 1 to 3 drops per day (45 to 135mg) in one teaspoon of vegetable oil, for a maximum of 2 to 3 days. Recommendations: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
